✨Introducing Stephanie Oteyza, Owner Of Collective Wellness Group & RMT✨

With over 21 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Stephanie Oteyza has built a career rooted in patient care, leadership, and advocacy.

As the proud owner of the Collective Wellness Group, Stephanie has created a collaborative, multidisciplinary space that supports whole-person wellness—for both patients, staff, and providers alike.

Since moving to Brandon in 2010, she has embraced small-city life and become a mentor to RMTs across the Westman region. A former instructor at The Professional Institute of Massage Therapy and The Learning Company (formerly Robertson College), Stephanie remains passionate about education and continues to share her experience through mentorship and career development.

She currently serves as Vice-President of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba, where she has helped advance education and inclusivity within the profession. Recognizing the need for greater awareness and understanding, she helped establish the Association’s 2SLGBTQ+ Task Force—an initiative that evolved into the Inclusive Practice Committee, the first of its kind in Canada. The committee continues to support RMTs in providing inclusive, accessible, and equitable care. She also Chair’s the Regional Committee.

Beyond the clinic, Stephanie is actively involved in sport and community. She is a Level 3 Racquetball Official and serves as President of Racquetball Manitoba. Outside of work and volunteer roles, she enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with her wife, Kristie, and their dog, Doug.
