I meant to post something else today, but the only photo available was this one. I have over 25,000 photos on my phone (i really tried to delete some, I did) and this photo of the universe was the only one that showed up for me. So I am taking it as a sign to acknowledge all my Spirit Guides, Celestial Guards, Starseeds, Ascended Masters the Golden Ones, the whole multicoloured universe that protects guides and sheds light on my path. To maintain a lie, you have to suppress what’s real—and that suppression creates deep conflict within the mind and body. This inner battle shows up as cognitive dissonance: guilt, regret, mental fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and spikes in cortisol (our fight-or-flight response).
When you live out of alignment with your truth, your energy reveals it. Energy never lies. Being untruthful is the greatest act of self-disrespect—because, in the end, everyone else can see it… everyone except you.
During a panel with a clinical child psychologist, he said something profound: “No matter how mentally incompetent we are, we always know when we’re lying.”
The truth really does set you free.

I am an empath, a Reiki Teacher, a spiritual Clair, and I have the gift of seeing a clients core issue.
