This resonates today with some recent conversations this week.
When things are tough we move into the mind in an attempt to find a solution to what is happening and what has us be in this place. The truth is you are asked to pause in these moments and get into your heart space. These moments are given as a gift to heal parts of yourself that are coming up to be addressed to assist you to become a better version of yourself. It’s a process and takes a willingness to add you into your life…because you are your best friend first before you can be your best with others too.
