A big update for my amazing Reiki and energy healing community 💛

The Zen Den. Reiki Studio in Shilo is now closed ❤️, and while my time there has come to an end, I’m leaving with a full heart. I’ve had such a beautiful experience and met the most incredible people along the way — thank you all for being part of that journey! 🙏

I’m so happy to announce that I’ll now be practicing out of the Even Flow Wellness Centre in Brandon!** 🎉

Hi! I’m Krista, but my friends and family call me Kris. I’m a small town girl who grew up on a little hobby farm outside of Wawanesa. I now live in Hartney with my (significantly) better half and our three furry children.

When I’m not at work, you can find at a concert or on some kind of mountain getaway. I have a love for baking and living my best “little house on the prairie” life.

I’ve been an RMT for almost 4 years. Before this, I was a health care aide for 5 years and I dabbled in serving/bartending, child care, and retail along the way.

Although my schedule is closed to new clients, I am still able to take on a few extra people. It just depends on if my availability can work with yours. If you aren’t already a client of mine and you’d like to book, please contact the clinic and I’ll see what I can do for you!
