’Tis the season of giving — and this year, we want to give back to those who give! 🎁
In support of The Westman Women’s Centre - SolEssence Wellness, Element Physiotherapy, Sense of SKN, and Vibrant Massage Therapy are teaming up to collect donations and treat one generous donor to a gift basket packed with wellness goodies - with a retail value of approximately $350!
Simply stop by the clinic and donate any of the requested items below to be entered into the draw:
Requested items:
· Toboggans
· Skates
· Warm winter gear for all ages
· Shoes (especially children’s sizes)
· Undergarments (new only)
· Books
· Cozy blankets
· Stuffed animals
· Journals & pens
· Reusable water bottles & to-go cup
· Crafting & activity kits
· Pyjamas
· Slippers
· Housecoats
· Hair tools, ties, clips
· Self-care items
· Basic hygiene supplies
· Monetary donations
· Gift cards (Walmart / Superstore)
· Board games / playing cards
· Toys and Christmas gifts for children
Drop-off location:
2835 Victoria Avenue — inside SolEssence Wellness Clinic
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 10am–4pm
(Or bring your donation to any scheduled appointment with one of our providers.)
Donations will be accepted until December 18, 2025.
The draw will take place Dec 19 and the winner will be contacted by December 20, 2025.
