We’re happy to welcome Cassandra Faber, a third year student of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO).

She will be holding a free student clinic at Absolute Health & Wellness. She’ll be with us on Tuesdays.

The intention of these free sessions is to both expose clientele of our Clinic to osteopathy, and allow our community to help Cassandra as she continues her schooling and hones her skills.

Our intentions for next year once Cassandra graduates and becomes fully licensed is to have her join the team as a fully fledged Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.

These sessions are completely free, and you will be given an assessment along with a chance to book continued follow up sessions.

You can call the clinic or book these sessions online through our Jane app booking system.

Atherosclerosis is a condition whereby there are plaques within the blood vessels, thereby narrowing the passageway for blood flow.

When we look at these atherosclerotic plaques, there are many things, including cholesterol. Not just cholesterol though, and this is why when it comes to interpreting our cardiovascular health we look at many things, from cholesterol, to blood pressure, to inflammation, blood sugar control.

We also fully review your lifestlyle - as nutrition and diet, exercise, stress and other medical diagnoces can play a role in heart disease.

We’ve added a lot of new faces recently. We’ve also lost a few valuable members recently, but we’re happy to see change and growth for those we’ve worked with for several years.

We had one one move to close to Ottawa, 2 moves to Alberta, one to Texas, and another two to their own clinic.

We’ve gained some awesome new practitioners and administrative staff.

We’re happy to see change but it takes us months to update these graphics sometimes :)

By now many of you have met Kit. She’s our new Clinic Administrator who takes over Donna’s former chair, as Donna moved to Alberta.

Kit brings previous Clinic administrative experience, and has adapted to our clinic very quickly.

She’s here to help you with anything related to scheduling booking billing, and everything in between.

She works alongside Karen Monday through Friday.

This is a free event. Free photos, food and drinks.

Our photographer will be providing free digital downloads of all the photos we take. Parents are free to take their own photos too.

I was born and raised in Montreal before moving to Brantford in 2011, and I now reside in Delhi. I completed my undergraduate studies in Life Sciences at McMaster University and went on to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College.

From a young age, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. My introduction to chiropractic came during my undergraduate years when I witnessed the positive impact regular adjustments had on my father, helping him walk with greater comfort and ease. Inspired by these results, I developed a passion for chiropractic care and its ability to support the body’s natural healing process. I later advanced my training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), with a special focus on pregnancy and family care.

Outside of practice, I enjoy watching hockey—especially cheering for the Montreal Canadiens—painting, and spending time with my two dogs, Goku and Gohan.

I look forward to serving the community by providing compassionate, natural care to help individuals and families feel their best and live healthier, more active lives.
