Cold + coughing + leaking = the WORST combo… but there is something you can do that actually helps.

When you’re sick, your pelvic floor takes a hit.
Every cough sends pressure down, and when your muscles are already tired, tight, or overworked… leaking becomes way more common.

Most women think they need to “squeeze harder,”
but the REAL first step is helping your pelvic floor relax again.

That’s where breath work comes in.
Breath is the remote control for your pelvic floor.
A good inhale helps the muscles soften, release tension, and get out of that “clenched + exhausted” state that makes coughing leaks worse.

✨ Try this when you’re sick:
• Inhale gently into your ribs
• Let your belly + pelvic floor soften
• Exhale slowly and feel a light lift
• Repeat 5–10 breaths
This resets the system so your pelvic floor can respond better to coughing.

It’s simple, it works, and you can do it from bed, the couch, or while wrapped in a blanket with tea. 🤧💛

It’s time for some clarity — and a whole lot of excitement.

If you’ve been around for a while, you know my heart beats for helping women reconnect to their core and pelvic floor.

From stopping the leaks to rebuilding confidence, I absolutely love guiding women through that journey inside .reset — it’s your space for all things pelvic floor, movement, and feeling strong again.

Here’s the truth my business started almost 10 years ago when I started Fitness with Baby, so I also have a huge passion for supporting women through pregnancy and early motherhood — the prenatal and postpartum stages where your body is changing, your world is shifting, and you need a coach (and a community) who truly gets it.

And lately… trying to fit it all into one space felt overwhelming. So, I followed advice (from my lovely VA) and decided to breathe, reset, and create clarity.

Let’s be clear….

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on who I serve and how I can best support women. Here’s what I know:

✛️ I help women in the pelvic floor space regain control and confidence in their bodies through workshops, coaching, and membership programs.

✛️ I also support women through pregnancy and postpartum with fitness classes and community building.

Two paths, one mission: empowering women from within.

A TIGHT Pelvic Floor is not a happy Pelvic Floor.

Tight pelvic floor muscles can be related to stress, long days, or “just life” — but that constant tension can sneak up on you and lead to:

🚫 Leaking when you sneeze or run
🚫 Pelvic pain or pressure
🚫 Painful s*x or dryness
🚫 That “I have to p*e again?!” urgency

Your pelvic floor could be gripping all day long — especially when you’re stressed, sitting a lot, or rushing through life.

✂️ Cut a piece off a pool noodle
🪑 Place it vertically on a chair
🧘‍♀️ Sit on it - place between your sitz bones, p***c bone and tailbone + relax your breath
😮‍💨 Let your pelvic floor soften + melt

Do it while your reading emails or while you’re on a Zoom call — easy, quick, and so effective.
