Your pelvic floor follows your breath.

As we wrap up another year, I just want to say thank you

Thank you for showing up, trusting me with your body, your pelvic floor, and your journey. Whether you joined a class, a program, or simply followed along here — I’m so thankful for this community.

Over the holidays, I’ll be slowing down too — spending time with family and friends, watching all the Christmas movies, relaxing, and yes… sleeping in 😌🎬💤

Holiday Schedule:
• Monday, December 22: Open — Fitness with Baby at 10:30 AM
• December 23 – December 28: Closed
• December 29–30: Open: December 29: Fitness with Baby at 10:30 AM
• December 31 – January 4: Closed

Wrapping presents on the floor = the most unintentional workout ever 🎁
Squatting. Holding. Twisting. Planking.
And doing it all while holding your breath 🙋‍♀️ (be honest)

Here’s your gentle reminder:
✔️ Exhale when you stand up
✔️ Don’t clench your glutes or pelvic floor the whole time
✔️ Movement counts — even the sneaky stuff

Your body is always working.
