In this short blog, we’re sharing three tips for supporting a child’s emotional health and three tips for supporting a teen’s emotional health. While this list is by no means exhaustive, it can serve as a helpful starting point for parents and caregivers navigating these important conversations.

As a Chiropractor, I see some of my patients struggling with sleep because they are in pain and cannot get comfortable at night. Sometimes their pain also wakes them up at night. The body needs rest so that it can heal and stay focused during the day. Lack of sleep can lead to brain fog, injuries at work, and poor mental health. In this article we will discuss things you can do to ensure you get a good night’s sleep.

From a neuroscience perspective, the brain is one of the most energy-demanding organs we have, and it relies on consistent, high-quality fuel to regulate mood, focus, and stress responses.

Your Content Goes Here As a psychotherapist, I often share with clients that mental health doesn’t exist solely in our thoughts or emotions. It is deeply rooted in the body, the brain, and the nervous system. From a neuroscience perspective, the brain is one of the most energy-demanding organs we ...

As we wrap up our week focused on physical health, we’re turning our attention to something many of us notice after the holidays—how easy it is to slip out of our usual eating routines. With so many opportunities to overindulge during the holiday season, our bodies (and digestion) can feel the impact.

To close out the week, we’re sharing a thoughtful blog from our nutritionist that explores gentle, realistic ways to reconnect with nourishing habits and support your overall wellbeing—without guilt or restriction.

At the beginning of the week, we focused on spine health for those who spend their days working at a desk. We also wanted to take a moment to share supportive tips for those who are on their feet all day caring for others.

Whether your work involves sitting, standing, or constant movement, your body works hard for you. We hope these tips feel practical, validating, and helpful as you care for yourself while caring for others. 💙

This week, we’re turning our focus toward physical health and the important ways it connects with overall wellbeing. 💙

Yesterday, we shared a blog on caring for your spine if you work a desk job, highlighting simple ways to support your body during long hours of sitting. Today, we’re excited to share our free, downloadable Fibromyalgia report, created collaboratively by our Chiropractor, Nutritionist, and one of our Mental Health Professionals.

This resource takes a whole-person approach to understanding fibromyalgia and offers supportive insights across physical and mental health. We hope it’s a helpful starting point for anyone seeking clarity, validation, or practical support.
