Our first Urgent Needs Drop In yesterday went well.
We baked Strawberry Yogurt Muffins, completed some laundry, made a Chicken and Broccoli Rice bake, and supported someone to navigate issues with a lost wallet and another with their phone bill issues.
We sent out a total of 6 meals to get people through the week.
All of this is exactly why we felt this program would be so necessary.

Guiding Hands is an organization that developed out of a need for simplified services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We feel that every client should have access to qualified personal support workers who are easy to find, and services that are easy to use while still being decently affordable.
