Hope Pregnancy & Family Support Centre

Our free and confidential services aim to provide holistic care for women and their families facing unplanned pregnancy and other related concerns.

We provide one-on-one peer support, parenting classes and practical assistance as needed. We offer services for women and their families not only through their unplanned pregnancies but through their postnatal and early parenting years. We also offer tangible resources as support including options counsel, prenatal care, postnatal care, parenting; support for dads and dads-to-be as well as other areas of their lives such as grief and loss, life skills and more. We take a holistic approach to meeting the needs of each client by meeting them where they are along their journey. We are here because we care. Hope Pregnancy and Family Support Centre is a Christian charity that provides specific health care to clients including STI testing and treatment, contraception options support, and pregnancy testing and options support. We refer clients to primary care or other relevant care providers for other ongoing care needs including prenatal care and ongoing prescriptions like contraception or PEP/PrEP. We do not provide or arrange for abortion or abortion pill reversal. For those clients who do not have, or are uncomfortable with seeing their primary care provider, we will work with you to find care options that are available in our local area. This may mean referral to telehealth.

Hope Centre will be closed on Monday, February 16th in recognition of Family Day.
We’ll reopen with regular hours on Tuesday.

We take a holistic approach to meeting the needs of each client by meeting them where they are along their journey. On Thursday evenings there are appointments for men available, by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome until 4pm.
