February was full in the best way. From treating athletes at O-Cup to focused time on the massage table, this month was about helping people move well and recover better. Outside the clinic, I made space to snowboard, try pottery, throw axes, train, race, and of course spend time with my dog. I also crossed the finish line at .ca , which felt like a strong way to close out the month.
Being an athlete, staying creative, and continuing to challenge myself makes me a better therapist. Grateful for everyone who trusted me with their recovery in February.
