Last night we had the pleasure of hosting a beautiful birthday celebration at Nu-u Float Studio 🎉💙

Our guests enjoyed a relaxing and joyful evening with a sound bath, along with red light therapy, float sessions, massage chairs, sauna, and more. It was truly special to see everyone unwind, connect, and celebrate together.

Floatation Therapy

Commonly known as R.E.S.T. (Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy) or sensory deprivation, floatation therapy involves laying in 10” of water mixed with 1100 Lbs of magnesium epsom salt. This water solution creates a zero-gravity environment where the floater can completely relax and redirect their focus inward!

Some of the many benefits of floating include: alleviated physical & mental stress, accelerated rehabilitation & recovery, chronic pain relief, increased endorphin production, improved sleep, lowered blood pressure, enhanced senses and more. Magnesium is often referred to as the master mineral. It supports more than 300 functions in the human body and floating allows you to absorb all the benefits of magnesium effortlessly.

We are located at 200 Grand River Ave, next to the Grand Wellness Centre. We are Brantford’s 1st Floatation Therapy studio and we are very excited to offer our services to the community. Aside from floatation therapy, we host weekly classes offered by our in-house instructors. Our class schedule is available online, please visit our website for more information.
