We all must take a moment to reflect and remember those who sacrificed and continue to sacrifice so much to protect the way we live today.
Also take a moment to think about the mental anguish one goes through when deployed into a conflict, they often times come home with wounds that cannot be seen. PTSD, shell shock, depression & survivors guilt are many examples. As Canadians we must be there for those who served our nation and continue to serve and protect our way of life. If you are a member or past member of our military and are struggling with mental health, reach out, you are never alone.
