I was just in thought about when I started my Energy Healing journey. Starting with Usui Ryoho Reiki back in 1999.
I've taken a few different forms of Reiki and Energy Healing Modalities. Receiving Master Level Certifcation in all of them...
But would I genuinely consider myself a "Master"? Not really.
I still say at times I feel like a newbie, a rookie.
There is always so much to experience as you, yourself begin to shift & grow. That deepends your connection to energy God-Source and more.

I find that each person you meet & work with adds something new to your session and understanding of energy.

This is only my perspective & personal journey. I don't know if I'll ever truly feel I have filled the shoes or hat of "Master".
I am happy to show up with God and allow the energy to flow & fill the room and client with its unconditional love ❤️ 😍

This prayer/mantra can be used in many ways and with many intentions.

There was a time I used this prayer, focusing on myself through different ages. from under 7 years old till the present time.

Sometimes we don't know the why? The why isn't always relevant. Only knowing inner work requires your attention.

Compassion and forgiveness require your attention.
Often, it is ourselves we are the most upset with.

Imagine yourself at whatever age shows up first, and continue to repeat the prayer until the next age reveals itself. It could take days, weeks, or moments. Trust the process. Trust that it isn't linear and that whichever version of you needs to be seen and validated will appear for you.

This can be used, as I said, focusing on yourself as well as anyone else.
Forgiving doesn't mean you agree or accept their behaviours. You choose to no longer allow their behaviour to shake you.

To block you from peace and moving forward.
You empower yourself and call all your power back to you!
