The CrossFit Open is almost here, and we want to make sure everyone has the details!
Official Dates:
Feb 26 – March 16
Workout Release Time:
Workouts will be released Thursday at 4:00pm
Workout Completion Window:
You’ll have from Thursday through Monday each week to complete and submit your workouts.
Teams/Format:
Teams will be assigned in an intramural format and drawn at random under the following captains.
Joel, Andrew, Matt, Tara, Morgan, and Darcy
Workout Time Slots:
• Friday Night Lights
• Saturday Morning Throwdown
Finale:
We’ll wrap up the last Friday with a pizza party to close out the Open!
