Please read before engaging in this controversial practice. It’s always best to consult a certified professional aromatherapist who has evidence-based and current curriculum standard education. Be cautious when a practitioner wants to apply undiluted essential oils on your skin. Certified professionals and aromatherapy associations DO NOT recommend practices such as raindrop therapy or pure essential oils applied directly (neat) to the skin.
