Happy Halloween 🎃

We hope everyone has a safe and happy time trick or treating tonight! Please remember to take extra caution when out and about due to weather as visibility on the roads may be compromised!

There are also several great events happening indoors around town tonight to get kids in out of the rain, so be sure to check them out!

Well, that’s a wrap for us at 224 Dufferin Street.

Today was our last day to treat patients and tomorrow we will move the last of the stuff out.

It’s definitely bittersweet.

Thank you to everyone who has walked through these doors and trusted me with their care over these last 7 years.

There will be a short closure while we relocate, but stay tuned for updates on that!

Monday is here and this will be our last week of operating out of the 224 Dufferin Street location.

Lots of big feels over this, particularly since this will also be Dryfts last week working as clinic dog.

Dryft has been alongside of me at work since the ripe age of 8 weeks old. Most days you don’t see him as he quietly and politely naps on his bed in the kitchen, but he’s there and his presence has always been reassuring to me.

Many of you have gotten to know him if you’ve been in the clinic at the beginning or end of appointment hours as he typically greets the first first in the door and the last person out, or he’s often seen sitting in the front window while I’m finishing up some paperwork for the day.

Leaving this location behind will be hard, but leaving this boy home might be harder!

All the important things are quickly getting packed up!

Just a reminder that the last day for any appointments at this location will be September 26.

The clinic will then be closed until October 6 and I will hopefully have everything up and running by then in a new spot!

On today’s episode of what can go wrong next….I am without power (the only one in the building)

New patients have been rescheduled but if you are an existing patient and don’t mind some dim lighting, I will be here until it gets too dark.

If you’d like to reschedule, let me know!

FYI no power also means no AC has been on…it’s a tad warm in here.

Regretfully, due to the sale of the building we currently practice out of, we will be moving this fall!

All scheduled appointments through to the end of September will remain unaffected and in our usual location.

New patient appointments will be restricted and limited until we get through this transition. Current patient appointments will be unaffected and will be added as necessary to accomodate as many of you as possible prior to this change.

Because of this sudden and unexpected curveball, our new home is still TBD!

We are in active search mode and determined to find another welcoming space! In saying that, if you know of any short or long term options within the Bridgewater and surrounding area, please shoot an email to office@alignbridgewater.com

If you’ve been planning on booking in and haven’t yet, please do so soon as September is filling quickly!

Wish us luck on this next (unplanned) adventure!
