Maps and I are about to have it out I swear 🥊— p.s this is a joke I’m not mad at ANYONE I promise.

It’s a new build, in the middle of a field, maps doesn’t think we exist and people are getting lost — I get it.

I’m not a great directional gal, I go by landmarks and we have one of the biggest and best land marks right in our back yard! So what I’ve been telling people when coming for the first (or second time) — the closer you are to the hydro lines the BETTER. Just keep driving towards those tall guys, you’ll find us.

•• side note — I’m working with maps I promise, don’t click on any addresses on any form of media. It sends you to Goodrich road (it’s not that far away, but far enough to stress you out — which we don’t want before your treatment 😂) physically type our address into your maps app, it seems to work better when you tell it?••

For those of you who are new here. Hi! My name is Karley! I think it’s time for a reintroduction, new practice — new profile 🫶🏻 
 
I’m kind of new here too, earlier this year we purchased land in Wooler Ontario, and built a home. Thank you to those of you who have chosen to follow us along in our journey!  🏡
 
I’m also a new “ish” mom of 2, these are my two wonderful boys: Owen and Eli. I love being a mom and connecting with other moms, in my personal AND business life.  🤍
 
I am in my 10th year of practice as an RMT I have loved serving the Quinte West/ Northumberland communities for the last 9 — I have been out on my own working out of my home for about the last 3 years. I specialize in Facial Massage Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish Massage — I like to use the saying a little clinical, a little holistic. That’s where you’ll find me, in the middle.  
 
I’m kind of out doorsy, I love to hike, walk trails, and hunt, and my husband and child are trying to get me on a dirt bike? I have a small hobby with photography. I like to listen to all kinds of music, like a lot. I’ve been a gym girly since college but like not too intense. I just love to move my body, since it was something I wasn’t sure I’d do freely a mere 15 years ago (that’s a story for another time). I’m a fall girly, I love all things Halloween and pumpkins!!! And don’t get me started on skeletons and the colours. I’ll never shut up… I’m a dog lover, especially my own, Daisy. You’ll get used to her face between socials and your time spent here. She’s the sweetest ever 🫶🏻 
 
I love to yap, but can centre your treatment to pure relaxation if needed.  
 
My lifelong goal was to live somewhere where I could see deer in my back yard, and my husband’s was to live north of the 401 — I feel so blessed to have achieved that goal and to be able to share it with my babies, and YOU.  
 
We designed this space with you in mind and to allow me the flexibility of working from home while raising two littles and enjoying life on the outskirts of town 🤍🤠

I’m currently coming back, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays until at least the summer months! And I’m only opening up my schedule 1-2 months at a time for now.

Happy Wednesday!  
 
Hello you wonderful humans. It saddens me to say that unfortunately it is time for me to pack in for the season and focus on rest before the baby comes. My body has blessed me to go to 37 weeks of work with this little but is now begging for rest.  
 
I appreciate each and every single one of you who navigated not only this season but this entire year with me and chose to stick around!  
 
If you have an appointment upcoming in the next week I will be reaching out as my plan was to work until end of next week anyways ✨ 

I will be back in March 🤍 
 
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and happy new year. We will post updates when we are ready 🤍

‼️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS ‼️

Hi! It’s almost the end of November, crazy I know…. That being said, December is slowly creeping up on us. Usually this time of year I’m posting my annual “get in to use up those benefits”  
 
This time I’m posting to be transparent, as most or ALL of you know by know we are expecting our second child VERY soon.  
 
That being said, my last day with North Shore (formerly PhysioHouse) is next Thursday, it’s currently already booked but you can ask to be on the wait list if you wish!  
 
My last day at home?!??! I have no idea…. I’m currently booking into just before the holidays. But I’m doing my best to listen to my body.  
 
So that being said, December appointments are not going to be 100% confirmed and could be cancelled/rescheduled at any given time.  
 
Most of you have expressed your understanding and I am so grateful for you all! I am doing my best to go as long as I can, for you 🤍  
 
I will be as up to date as I possibly can be but if you receive a cancellation notification/text at 3 am I apologize in advance.  
 
I hope I can make all those appointments happen for you guys I really do, I am starting to move very slowly but I’m still hanging in there thank you for staying with my through all the crazy these last 8 months. It means the world 🤍 
 
Lastly I hope to be back up and running from home 2 days a week by March so keep your eyes peeled for that update! 👀

Hey everyone! Karley here! Just browsing through the sweet memories captured for us just a few short weeks ago. 🌅 
 
A sneak peak at the space we will be welcoming you all to, very shortly. (Yes that’s the road we’re building our home on!) 🏡 
 
I thought these photos would be a sweet way to — start up the send off, these photos were booked a long time ago, long before I ever knew they would be just as much family memories as they would be the last set of photos before we become a family of 5! (Daisy is always included lol) What a sweet memory I am forever grateful for. 🤍 
 
Back to the “start up of the send off” — mobiles.  
 
If you are a mobile client of mine this is a happy/sad moment, I will be stopping mobile services VERY soon, life is gearing up for a big change again and my body is just about ready to be done lugging that table around. (Although not done forever!) I am gearing down to be done in the near future.  
 
BUT — here’s the happy part, since my room in the house is not quite ready yet I have a promo for you ALL — for at least the next 2 weeks all mobile services will be provided at REGULAR COST (clinic pricing) — start the car (pun intended) 🤣 
 
But, once my space is ready I will be done done with mobiles until at least next summer 🤍 while I give my body time to recover and ease back into motherhood and working regularly again after this little one comes to the world! 
 
I am truly thankful for each and every one of you, I would not be able to live this life that I enjoy, and I appreciate such trust with letting me enter your beautiful homes 🤍

Guess which dynamic duo is ALMOST back! 
 
That’s right! In just a short few weeks you all will be welcomed back to our HOME practice. I know some of you have been so excited for me to be working from home again! And I’ve missed those of you who have been patiently waiting.  
 
So has Daisy. She is so excited to see some new and familiar faces and happily guide you up the driveway or meet you at the door!  
 
Some pre-practice pointers: 
 
• there is ample parking available at the new space, with a spot just for you located in front of the door (short walk — no stairs YES) 
• my treatment space is separated from the house (still attached but we have our own door! Yay for more privacy for everyone!)  
• there is a small bathroom located in the treatment space.  
 
 
We designed this space with YOU in mind, it still allows me the privilege to work from home — while giving you the business and clinic feel you’re expecting.  
 
We can’t wait for you to come check it out! (Yes house tours will be provided if requested 🤣)
