Last Week we had our Team Holiday Gathering. Each year we are thankful to Lifemark for the time to be a little silly, have a little fun and enjoy some delicious food. We are team of people who love their jobs, love helping people feel better and also truly enjoy one another’s company. We hope all our friends, family and clients find sometime to enjoy the holidays too. ❤️

This is Anjali one of our great Physio’s … this woman also seems to have the best ideas for Gemini photos. When asked about her favourite Christmas 🎄 movie she said she liked Home Alone. The Home Alone picture was boring. So I, off handedly suggest I could make her a Christmas Queen sitting on a throne of Candy Canes and she responded with yes and reindeer beside me. And now… once again… she has the best picture. Besides her great Gemini intuition, it is of note that she is also not a fan of cookies (what???) but finds plum pudding with Orange 🍊 glaze mouth watering. Anjali also loves the socializing and family time that comes with the holidays

Next is our other Massage Therapist Kim. Kim loves all the variations of a Christmas Carole. Jim Carrey? Bill Murray? The original all good. She loves the message but the photo is so boring and not Christmasy. So one of Kim’s other favourite Christmas movies is National Lampoons Christmas 🎄 Vacation and the photo… far more amusing. Kim loves all the holiday treats and her favourite tradition is having all her kids home. Here’s hoping your Christmas 🎄 is ‘FULL’ of joy. (yeah, I went there)

She likely loves Christmas 🎄 more than any of us. When asked about her favourite Christmas 🎅 Movie she simply replies ‘All of Them’ but she is especially fond of ‘White Christmas’. She loves peppermint mochas, candy canes and lemon squares. Her favourite holiday tradition is opening Christmas Eve Boxes with her boys that contain new PJ’s, hot chocolate and popcorn and then watching ‘National Lampoons Christmas Vacation’ ❤️

Today we are taking a moment to feature and celebrate the face and organizational mind of our lovely little clinic. Debbie, we love her. She also loves the Grinch and much like Kayla no one can imagine her as the Grinch - she is more of a Cindy Lu Who. Now Debbie says her favourite quote from the Grinch is ‘Alright, I’ll go but I’ll be fashionably late.’ This amuses me as I have known this woman for almost a decade and she is never late… for anything. Her favourite holiday treats are gingerbread cookies and candy cane popcorn. Debbie favourite holiday tradition is celebrating on Christmas Eve.

We had so much fun sharing a little bit ourselves at Halloween we thought why not at Christmas 🎄 too? Our lovely Physiotherapist Kayla loves the original Grinch Cartoon. She attributes this love to the dulcet tones of Boris Karloff. But Gemini the cotton-headed nini- muggins wouldn’t turn Kayla into a convincing Grinch, which is fair it’s hard to imagine Kayla as a Grinch. So really who doesn’t love Elf? (I think she makes a good elf)Kayla also loves all the sweet treats of Christmas and her favourite Christmas Tradition is having a big breakfast and opening stockings with family on Christmas morning.

Hey Brighton, we love being part of this incredible community and in this season we want to do our to ensure that its citizens have enough to eat. So we are collecting food for the food bank. If you donate to our food drive your name will be entered to win a free massage. Items, the are needed include canned fruit and vegetables, stuffing mix, hamburger helper, Toilet Paper and Kleenex, Pet Food, Sugar and flour, canned soups and stews and personal hygiene supplies. If anyone would like to donate money to the food bank I have been told tax receipts are available over $20.
