Hello all of you beautiful people! Today is a big day for me. One of the major things I focused on during Envision this year was Self Love and Self Acceptance.

It is incredibly important to accept and love yourself. Doing so improves confidence, mental health, and so much more. Internal validation is much more reliable than external, and is a much healthier way of life. Improving your self love can be done through many techniques, and ultimately mixing several of them in a way that works for you is your best way forward. Mantras, exercise, affirmations in a mirror, eating better, setting healthy boundaries, and more are all great ways to love and accept yourself.

Throughout my trip, I focused on that acceptance and love towards myself and found by the end of it I was much more comfortable in my own skin. I am me, and I love that about myself! To celebrate and lead by example, I am formally doing a face reveal! I invite all of you to share your smiling faces below as well, with no pressure to those who aren't ready yet. As many of you know, spiders play a significant role in my spiritual practice. With that in mind, when I found a jewler who creates ethically sourced spider necklaces with crystals, I simply had to have it!

While I could not find any online presence on this platform, you can find Pacha Ancestral Jewlery elsewhere as seen on their card. They do fantastic work, creating unique pieces with a technique called electroforming. This particular spider is from Costa Rica, making it a perfect reminder of our trip to Envision 😊
