2025 was a YEAR!!

In many ways it was amazing, and in many ways it was so absurd it was almost comical(I said almost)

I meant to get family photos done this year, but somehow I woke up and it was December 25th, so this will have to do.
Just know we all made it🤣

2025 was a spectacular ride for everyone
There was more historical events 🙄🤪 some sleep disturbances and big feelings (and not all from the kids)

And mixed in was so much joy, magic, bliss and a massive amount of love. 💗❤️💓

I almost didn’t add breathwork to my menu of services because some part of me felt like I had to have my life a little more together.

Breathwork didn’t fix my life, but it gave me a way back to feeling so much more like myself.
