Uplift Therapeutic Riding

🪻🌼🌸🦄REGISTRATION OPEN🦄🌼🌸🪻

Spring Session will run from April 21 to May 26, 2026, on Tuesday evenings at 6 and 7:15 pm.

April 21, 2026 will be a helmet and saddle fitting, where there may be some horses available for a meet and greet and groom!

The fee for the session is $100.00. Spots are first come first serve, and payment is required to hold a spot.

Forms were emailed out today. If you did not receive the email, please comment with your email address and we will get them out to you.

Registration will close on April 14th so we can line up horses and volunteers.

Payment and forms can be dropped off at the office of Dinosaur Gas Coop Ltd - 211 3rd St. West in Brooks, right next to The Well.

We are excited to welcome Ashley Ross to our team this Spring!!!! She will be training with Emily to take on the Instructor position!

🐴💙 A Bittersweet Announcement from Uplift Therapeutic Riding Association

Our Uplift family has been incredibly fortunate to have Emily Meaghan Jamieson as our Therapeutic Riding Instructor. Her dedication, patience, and passion for helping riders build confidence and joy through horses has made a lasting impact on our riders, volunteers, and community.

While we are very sad to see Emily begin a new chapter, we are deeply grateful for everything she has contributed to our program. She has created so many uplifting moments in the arena, and her influence will continue to be felt for years to come. 💙🐴

The good news is that Emily will remain with us for the Spring session to help transition and mentor a new instructor, ensuring our riders and volunteers continue to receive the same supportive and positive experience.

As we prepare for this transition, we are excited to begin the search for someone new to help lead the next chapter of our program.

We are currently looking for a Therapeutic Riding Instructor who shares our passion for creating a fun, inclusive, and empowering experience for our riders.

Tonight we are learning about our civic duty to vote in the upcoming municipal elections! We held a vote at our 6pm ride for Mayor of Uplift Therapeutic Riding and came up with a five way tie! A mayor for everyday of the work week!

Hi All! Fall session is finally here! 6 pm Tuesday Sept 16, will be a helmet fitting, drop off forms for our riders, and training for our volunteers!

Hey All! Let's help the Kinsmen Brooks club sell some tickets! These wonderful gentlemen donated our Therapeutic Saddle a few years back, and all of their work with Christmas Tree sales, the Golf Tournament, and raffles like this are how they fund donations within our community!
