Here are Sharon and Ken, truckers from Abbotsford, B.C. They have been traversing this country delivering the goods that we Canadians depend on. They have both been on the road since this pandemic started. So, we at Eco-Collecte, have given them a well deserved token of appreciation. Stopped in traffic and handed them their COVID-19 medal from the Royal Canadian mint. Merci, thank you.

Dropped by the Urgences Santé garage this morning. As I mentioned yesterday, I recieved my order of COVID-19 medals and would distributing them to deserving frontline workers. Barry, in the yellow jersey, is a good friend as well as an old partner of mine back when I ran as a paramedic. He and his partner, David Viau, have been at the front of this pandemic. Giving selflessly of themselves to help you, your mom or dad or grandparents. I have given Barry the task of finding deserving FLWs and giving others a medal as well. This is just a small token that we at Eco-Collecte can do to say "merci...thank you." We will get through this.
