🌸This weekend I was honoured to be invited for a yoga retreat. And wow, what a weekend it was. Surrounded by a dozen other amazing women and led by thought provoking facilitators in yoga and soul searching . I’m slowly learning to take care of myself so I can take care of others. I guess in a way I’m learning more and more to practice what I preach. We moved our bodies and expanded our minds. There were some good laughs, engaging conversation and yes, even some tears. Walks on the beach, hot tub, sauna and absolutely delicious nourishing food. I ended the weekend feeling so grateful. It’s so refreshing be reminded of how taking a bit of time for yourself can refresh your tired spirit. 🌸
