I teach women how to Read & Heal their own body through cell science & a rich background in womens wellness. My focus is women's wellness and self care.

I use HTMA & years of Body Mind Analysis to empower women physically, emotionally & spiritually For over a decade I have been immersed in the field of trauma release and emotional healing through movement and awareness. My background covers a range of modalities and therapies I discovered for my own healing journey. I've been a retreat facilitator since 2012. I love sharing the experience I too have had of going into a retreat environment and experiencing a transformative shift. I have been internationally certified in:

I'm an author, a guide to people committed to their self healing journey. My clients work one on one, online or in person from my home base in Canada. I live in the heart of Saskatchewan with my husband and furbabies. We're passionate about living healthy and consciously. We're plant based foodies and chose to live on the prairies where we grow a lot of our own food and live away from large centers.

I'm always reading faces. These women, born in a time before injections and food chemicals are natural beauties right till their end days. Also look at their end ages, some of the younger did indulge eg: Jane Fonda. , and we see that, no judgements here. My belief is that. we're all entitled and it's our own business what we do to beautify ourselves. My stand for women is also that it's our responsibility to tend to the inner workings of our body as that is how our glow shines through, into a long and active life. Beauty is beyond the mirror. Movement, nature, nutrition, relationships all play a role.☺🙏😍💗
