You don’t have to change everything at once.
You just have to start.
Start small.
Go to bed 15 minutes earlier
Take a 20 minute walk to decompress
Prep one meal ahead of time
Slow down and chew your food
Drink some water
At more veg to your plate.
It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
But if you don’t start…nothing changes.
One day you’ll look back at this time and wish you started sooner.
You deserve it.
