I jumped on the ChatGPT bandwagon. All I asked it to do was “create a caricature of me with everything you know about me”.

It captured my career as a paramedic, with my side passions as a yoga and fitness instructor, included Hazel, and my love of hiking and the mountains. DANG!!

The day has come to announce that beginning January 2026, I will be offering small group strength classes in studio.

For several years I have been teaching as a certified YTT-200 Yoga Instructor. I’m now adding a few certificates to help serve you better: Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Instructor and Certified Nutritionist.

Located in Brant County, just minutes north of Burford.
