As the Creatrix of Groove Yoga and Expressive Arts Company, she has elegantly combined the philosophy and practice of yoga with the magic and inspiration of the arts. Bringing together such possibilities for connection encourages an adventurous exploration of what truly inspires us to live the life we dare to dream. Through music, rhythm and a deep connection to the breath, She enables her students to feel relaxed and comfortable in their bodies, while helping to guide them along a path of adventure and self discovery. With a playful spirit and artistically inspired energy, Corinne encourages community to unite and shine creative inspiration upon this beautiful world we live in. As a yoga teacher and practitioner of expressive arts, She supports her students to free their potential and open to the infinite possibilities that lie within.
