Wishing you a season of renewal, growth, and gentle beginnings. May this time bring moments of light, connection, and care 🤍

Nowruz, meaning “new day,” marks the Persian New Year and the arrival of spring. It is a time of renewal, reflection, and reconnection, celebrated by millions of people across different cultures and regions. A central tradition is the Haft-Seen table, where symbolic items such as sprouts for growth, apples for health, garlic for protection, and mirrors for reflection each represent intentions and hopes for the year ahead.

Nowruz is also a time to reconnect with loved ones, honour traditions, and welcome a new season with intention and care.
