Who remembers this feeling? 🥹

For me, it was 6 years ago.
Someone actually bought from me when all I was selling were simple proposal boxes… just a name and a proposal inside. No full sets. No big options. Barely any photos to even show them.

I remember hoping someone would take a chance on me… and when that first order came in, the excitement was unreal 😅😅.

If you’re still waiting for your first order, I’m rooting for you. Trust me, your moment is coming. And when it happens, you’re going to feel this excited too.

Running a small business isn’t about showing up only when you feel motivated. It’s about showing up even when life is heavy, when you’re tired, when you’re going through things, and when no one is watching.

But here’s the balance most people don’t talk about…showing up doesn’t mean burning yourself out. I found out about this the hard way.

I’ve hit burnout before and it’s not a place you want to be. So now I’ve learned the difference between resting and stopping. Some days I don’t physically work, but I still pour into my business behind the scenes. Planning. Learning. Improving. Organizing. Growing. There is always a way to move forward.

What some people don’t realize is, when you run a business, no one holds you accountable but you.No one is going to fire you. No one is giving warnings.

And when you see someone else winning, don’t compare. Study. What are they doing consistently? What habits can you apply? What can you learn? Let it inspire you to show up differently.

Growth comes from consistency, balance, and choosing your business even on the hard days. 🩷

I came this far because I never stopped believing in myself 🥹❤️

And that’s not just something nice to say… it’s my real story.

I’ve built this business through motherhood, pregnancy losses, health scares, my mom’s cancer, sadness, unwanted relocations, and moments where quitting honestly felt easier. So much easier. I worked from my kitchen table. Then my living room. Then multiple workspaces just trying to keep things moving. Life kept throwing obstacles at me, but I kept finding ways to work around them instead of walking away.

There were days I was exhausted. Days I doubted everything. Days I wondered if it was all worth it. But I never gave up on myself. I never stopped showing up. I never stopped believing that what I was building mattered.

And the truth is… success doesn’t have to look loud or perfect. You don’t need a massive business. You don’t need to be busy every second to be successful. Success is personal. It’s whatever growth, peace, and fulfillment look like to you.

If you’re chasing something that matters to you, keep going. Even when it’s slow. Even when it’s hard. Even when nobody sees the work you’re putting in.

Believe in yourself the way your future self is counting on you to.
