TURN IT BLUE 4 TERRA 2025

Terra will always hold a very special place in our hearts. She was part of our Yoga-Tastic family for so many years — from the early days when the program ran out of my home.

She and Chloe shared a beautiful friendship and connection, especially during the time Terra was going through her treatment. Her kindness, courage, and light touched everyone who knew her.

This year, Terra would have turned 13. In her honour, her incredible family has launched Turn It Blue 4 Terra 2025, an initiative that continues to spread love and comfort in her name.

They’re creating care bags filled with cozy and fun items for older kids in the McMaster Oncology ward. Terra’s sister, Kali, helped choose many of the gifts, and their family will be packing and delivering the bags together.

An Amazon registry has been set up so anyone who wishes can contribute directly — items ship right to their home, where they’ll assemble everything with care before delivering to the hospital.

It’s such a beautiful way to celebrate Terra’s memory and bring smiles to other children who need it most.

🐶 Puppies are joining our PA Day Camp!

We’re thrilled to share that puppies will be joining our afternoon suspension yoga session during our upcoming PA Day Camp on November 28th.

A full day of fun, mindfulness, and movement awaits — from flying and inverting in the slings to creative mindful crafts and a little outdoor time (weather permitting).

It’s the perfect mix of calm, connection, and pure joy.

KPop Demon Hunter Glow party is back!

We’re turning the studio into a full Glow Studio Takeover — Huntr/x Style.

Join us on Friday November 7th from 6:30 PM to 9 PM for an epic GOLDEN party!

KPop attire Optional.

We’ll be creating Huntr/x Light Sticks, glowing up with KPop Demon Hunter face paint, and leaving our mark with glow-in-the-dark messages and mirror art.

Then we’ll move into Glow-in-the-Dark Suspension Yoga with poses inspired by KPop Demon Hunters.
We’ll end the night with pizza, drinks, treats, and unforgettable memories.

This is a drop-off event for kids ages 6 and up.

Golden Weekend ✦ K-Pop Demon Hunters Edition

Two full Halloween parties this weekend — and what an epic time it was.

From singing Golden to lighting up the slings — this was one unforgettable Halloween at Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids Inc.

Suspension yoga, light sticks, and a whole lot of K-Pop energy filled the studio.
