Happy Family Day from all of us at Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids.

Family Day is all about spending time together, creating memories, and doing something fun as a family — and that’s exactly what our studio has been about from the very beginning.

As we prepare to move across the street to our new home, we’re opening the studio for a special Farewell Suspension Yoga Session in our first studio space.

Open to adults, teens, and kids — join Miss Sandra for a guided suspension yoga experience where participants will explore flying poses, inversions, and favourite movements from the studio.

Each participant will receive a 10% discount code toward a future program at our new location.

Families will also be invited to write a message on our memory board, which will be displayed in our new studio space.

We are so excited to finally share a glimpse of our new location.

There is still work to be done, but watching this space come together has been such an incredible feeling.

This studio represents years of growth, resilience, and believing in what we do for children in our community — through challenges, changes, and everything in between.
