Last night’s practice was guided by awareness of the Year of the Snake. Today, my horoscope speaks of shedding—an apt reminder of the snake’s wisdom: releasing old skins, patterns, and stories to make space for renewal. Whether coincidence or a message from the universe, the resonance felt meaningful—an invitation to shed what no longer serves.
