As a registered nurse in the birthing suite and outpatient women's health, I've gained an insider perspective that I can share to help you communicate your care goals. I specialize in navigating the Canadian maternity healthcare system, building capacity for self-advocacy, and working collaboratively with clients to explore all of their options.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Trent University in 2019. I have always had a passion for birth, and I was excited to begin my career in the birthing suite. I created a way to use my nursing experience and expertise to collaborate with women and prepare them for self-advocacy and autonomy during their birth.

Insider Birth Consulting was born out of a love for women, babies, and all those who cherish them.
