The journey commences. Every summit originates from a speacial place, for me that was Paris…Paris provided a moment of reflection before embarking on the ascent. Why climb Kilimanjaro? I am not entirely certain, except that my heart and soul compels me to do so. A spiritual odyssey. A daring adventure. Eight days. 19,500 feet. Camping under the stars, confronting challenges, and honoring my 60th orbit around the sun with a summit that transcends logic. Let us see what the mountain reveals. Stay tuned.

There is a cultural expectation that a man will work, so engaging in work helps a man feel that he has achieved one of societies criteria for manhood. Earning an income through employment allows a man to fulfill his culturally prescribed role as a provider for his loved ones. In addition, work provides men with a sense of purpose and meaning. The challenge is to not let your work or Job become your identity… that is not who you are.

The most intimate post over done on my life….besides grade 6 this is the first time I’ve done art to express myself. Magical ☀️♥️❤️🪄

I see the duality of my mind…drama and Laugher. Using one to offset the other.

I see breaking free from my cage, my mind

I see my love and my true essence, I see the way out

I see now that I was never trapped, because you see , that window with the sun shinning was always in my cage/jail cell.

I see my ego is slowing fading, but Never crushed, my shadow is there, I am aware of you and will no longer fight you

I see positive energy rising,
I see, that I am all, we are one
