Today we had the pleasure of hosting Circles Enrichment for a presentation all about Tim Horton himself. We couldn't resist the opportunity to bring in timbits and coffee for all to enjoy.

Our residents love getting together for an afternoon of social time. It was made even better with our chocolate fountain and tray of goodies for dunking.

Today we had Joey and Chandler, 2 beautiful Conure Parrots, visiting.
Scott, their owner, told us all about their many adventures to the beach, camping and people watching at the mall. Joey and Chandler get around in their unique carry case and enjoy the company of anyone who will sit and show them some attention.

Thanks to Mohammad at Help Mobility for providing our residents with a very neat opportunity to experience Virtual Reality.
We got to embark on a tall journey up one of the highest mountains in the world! It was a 360 view of lush greenery and waterfalls cascading down.

Trips? YES WE DO THOSE!! 🧳
Today we had a guided tour of Scotia Bank Arena where we got to go behind the scenes into the dressing rooms of the Toronto Maple Leafs and The Toronto Raptors, players bench area, as well as the broadcasting studio and media Gondala.
Thanks to our tour guide for a great experience and for being so accommodating.

Passport Cogir was off to a great start this year with our stop in Jamaica🇯🇲
Today most of us tried a banana fritter for the first time and paired it with a Jamaican punch and island vibes played by John Pebble as we rocked our 'one love' bracelets from our beading class.

Meet Veronika, she is one of our cooks here at Christopher Terrace. Last week Veronika spent some quality kitchen time with a couple of our residents who are missing their involvement in creating lovely desserts for others. Thanks to Veronika they were able to get involved and assist with making a homemade Trifle for our dinner dessert.
