DBT Interpersonal Effectiveness skills focus on helping adults learn how to:
• communicate more effectively during difficult moments
• express needs without escalating conflict
• repair conversations when emotions run high
• maintain both relationships and self-respect
This is a structured, skills-based group designed to teach practical tools you can use in real-life situations.
