Last week, our Windsor Surgical Centre team dedicated a full day to learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
With surgeries paused for the day, our incredible team — including administration, managers, nurses, and MDRDs — focused on case studies, reviewed best practices, and explored new ways to enhance patient outcomes.
