Yoga with Lynn Yoga & Yoga/Reiki - private or small group classes at my location, as well as an ongoing class at Shanti Yoga in Hamilton. Reiki Sessions by appointment

Twenty years ago, Lynn was drawn to yoga as a way to manage stress and anxiety during an especially difficult time. Over the past ten years, her love for yoga has drawn her back and she has practiced with a range of different teachers both in Canada and the UK. Inspired to study yoga more deeply, Lynn embarked on her Teacher Training with Alex Bovkis of Shanti Yoga in Hamilton. This awesome journey proved transformational. It is this learning along with learnings as a Reiki Master and Reiki Drumming Certification that Lynn brings to Shanti as a teacher. Empowered by the healing and transformative power of yoga. Her classes are infused with breath and subtle energy awareness. Students are invited to join Lynn and explore yoga in a way that allows them to honour themselves and where they are at in their practice.
