Shoulder Injuries

Whether it is falling on an outstretched arm running or falling in a tackle, shoulders are a technical part of our bodies! Although it may seem simple to begin with, taking the right approach and therapy can mean the difference between return to play or sitting on the sidelines for weeks!!
