Here are a few gentle movements that help strengthen, protect, and reconnect with your body:

1. Bridge Exercise
Helps strengthen the glutes and pelvic floor, improving stability and overall control.

2. Squats
A key functional movement. Pro tip: avoid holding your breath. Breathing with the movement helps protect your pelvic floor and core.

3. Diaphragmatic Breathing
Inhale to relax, exhale to gently lift. Proper breathing supports the connection between your breath, core, and pelvic floor.
