Socks for Hope 🧦💙

We’re collecting new socks for people in our community who need them most: friends living in shelters, vulnerable families, long-term care residents, and breast cancer patients here in Halton & Hamilton.

Donation Dates:
📅 December 1st–18th

Socks are the most needed but least donated item, and even one pair makes a difference.

If you’re visiting the clinic, simply drop your socks in the donation crate in our reception area.

I’ve been holding onto some big news…
I’m incredibly proud to share that I’ve been selected to represent the Dragon Boat Canada National Team – BCP Division at the 2025 World Dragon Boat Championship in Germany! 🇨🇦

The process has been intense, humbling, and inspiring, surrounded by an amazing group of strong, determined paddlers. When I joined Knot A Breast in 2019, I had no idea this opportunity would ever be possible.

A huge thank you to Jim Corbett for holding the fort at home and at the clinic while I’ve been training and preparing.
To Stella, Abby, and my family, thank you for always cheering me on. 💗

And to our wonderful patients, thank you so much for your support, patience, and understanding over the past few months and in the weeks ahead. I know some appointments have been shifted or rescheduled, and I’m truly grateful for your flexibility while I pursue this dream.
