You've noticed something isn't working anymore, but you're not sure what to do about it. It may be tempting to ignore it, hoping it will go away, or somehow things will change.
If that is how things worked, when your vehicle starts making weird noises, it would simply repair itself and you could keep on driving.
Similarly, when you notice that your work is a slog, or you're drifting away in a relationship, or you feel like you're falling behind, ignoring those feelings won't change the situation. It requires a thoughtful response: sometimes that may involve seeking outside help or someone to talk it through, but sometimes we already have the tools to bring about change.
