We’ll move through each chakra using sound, movement, intention, and guided practices to help you reconnect with your energy in a way that feels real, grounded, and intuitive.

Hi everyone, as you know I don't post often (need to get better at that), however I wanted to make a personal little post about Reiki. Some people may think it is a little 'out there', and maybe it is. But what I can say from my personal experience and practice of over almost 10 years doing it, is that it played a huge role in igniting massive changes for me. It began a cascade of events that played a part in getting me closer to myself, more connected with the divine and teaching me the power of patience and humility.

This November I will be teaching my first Reiki Level 1/2 weekend intensive since COVID and I am so excited to share all the goodness and light this practice has to offer. Whether you are new to this, want to do it just for yourself or are thinking about expanding the way in which you contribute to the world - all are welcome. (Including some of you who have already been trained but want a refresher).
