Having a day off and I come across this ! This is about high level athletics but it also translates to academics ! Get yourself and your kids off the cell phones. I see this on all my vision therapy assessments, myopia in kids, strabismus and amblyopia. It’s a deeper issue in all concussion and TBI patients.

Make some new intentions for 2026. As a parent, you need to change your phone habits if you want your kids to change. Kudos to parents that have held off on getting phones for their kids. It’s tough and you are awesome if you can hold up that boundary.
