Our staff are all real people, with busy lives, who face challenges to staying consistent with exercise.
They sometimes fall off the wagon, and as their lives change they have to adapt to what's going on.
That's why they're good at helping clients strategize and address their barriers - they do it in their own lives too, because they know how important exercise and movement are!
Tamara is a big fan of:

➡️ following pre made programs or going to classes
➡️ using the time you have available instead of sticking to strict timelines - something is better than nothing!
When working with clients she reminds them that it might take trying a few different strategies before you find the one that works for you.
Most people identify time as a barrier, and there are many different strategies you can use to address that:
✔️ shorter workouts
✔️ workouts from home
✔️ working out at the start of your day
✔️ working out immediately after work
✔️ and many more..
but not every strategy will work for every person.
You have to find that strategies that work for your circumstances, and your brain 🧠
