Powerpenia (the loss of skeletal muscle power with age) should be considered a key marker for healthy aging.
You can, and should be, training power at all ages and stages.
Doesnāt mean everyone should be throwing med balls or doing plyo box jumps. You can start by adding some speed to resistance training movements you are already comfortable with.
