Winter program drops January 5-April 2. Pilates reformer-Monday 8am, Tuesday 9:15am, Wednesday 8:15am, Thursday 3pm. Small Group Training-Tuesday and Thursday 8am. Slow flow yoga-Wednesday 7pm and Gentle yoga-Thursday 9:30am. Reserve your spot soon as classes are filling quickly. Private and semi private sessions available on request.
