We combine the study and discipline of the biomechanics of the body in motion combined with the principles taught by Joseph Pilates for a whole integrated approach to moving the body. Mat, Springboard, Reformer, Wunda Chair and Pilates Cadillac. We offer various levels ranging from post-rehab to signature classes and/or sessions.

As part of our Pilates Teacher Training program, our students gain hands-on experience by teaching real classes, and this is where you come in.

We’re excited to share that Katrina will be leading an Apprentice Mat Class every Saturday at 11 a.m.

These classes help our apprentices refine their cueing, build confidence, and learn how to support a variety of bodies and movement styles, and you get a full, guided Pilates session at a special rate.

Class Details:
• Mat Pilates
• Instructor: Apprentice Teacher (Katrina)
• Saturdays at 11 a.m.
• $15 (HST included)

Your participation directly supports our future teachers as they grow into skilled, intuitive instructors.

Men in Pilates: Standing Against the Current

When women first stepped onto golf courses, they weren’t welcomed, so they built their own leagues and thrived.

Today, Pilates (created by Joseph Pilates) is often seen as “for women.” We’re flipping that script. Pilates was built for every body to practice strength, control, and precision.

In the same way women carved space in golf, we’re carving a space for men in Pilates. Movement isn’t gendered; it’s human.
