We combine the study and discipline of the biomechanics of the body in motion combined with the principles taught by Joseph Pilates for a whole integrated approach to moving the body. Mat, Springboard, Reformer, Wunda Chair and Pilates Cadillac. We offer various levels ranging from post-rehab to signature classes and/or sessions.

NeuroPilates is where neuroscience meets mindful movement.

This specialized approach blends classical Pilates principles with evidence-based neuro-rehabilitation to support people living with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s, stroke, spinal cord injury, and more.

Every session is highly individualized and based on each person’s nervous system, movement history, and goals. The focus isn’t only strength, but restoring balance, coordination, stability, and most importantly, trust in your body again.

January was our time to get back to basics.

Movement rooted in the true foundations of Pilates-breath, precision, and control.

We approach the fundamentals with intention. Every movement is thoughtful, purposeful, and precise. Throughout the month of January, we let go of the fluff, the trends, and the distractions, returning to what truly matters in our practice and our teaching.

January gave us the space to highlight this, but it’s really our mentality all the time. Because the basics, when done right, are challenging and that’s exactly why they are so effective.
