This article is fantastic!
So many great points and suggestions for parents!
I know for us my kids have no screen time Monday-Friday and that includes tv. We have only recently been giving them 10-15 minutes during the week for a reading app they use. Also early bedtimes have been my mantra since becoming a sleep consultant. My kids 7 and 5 and typically in bed around 6:30-7pm and sleep until 6:30-7am. They need it!!!

This is such a great article.
These are guidelines for the USA however the Canadian guidelines are extremely close and in line with the USA ones.

Experts recommend that babies sleep in the parents’ room — but not their bed — for up to a year, but that’s not ideal for all parents.
