Non-responder to conventional stretching?

Try thinking about why your Hamstrings are constantly chronically tight? 🤔

Once biomechanics and training volume can be ruled out, the next place to look is your Pelvis.

Pelvic instability is a common cause of chronically tight Hamstrings.

Our favourite way to start building back that stability are breath based core training

90/90 Hip Lift can be intensified by using a balloon and is great way to learn how to better coordinate using your Glutes, Diaphragm and Pelvic Floor in a coordinated fashion :)
